Server Rules

1. No racial intolerance or extreme hate speech of any kind is allowed in this server.
   Punishment: Ban or Warn, depending on content
2. No creating unnecessary drama
   Punishment: Ban or Warn, depending on content
3. Don't be a cunt, there is no need to be that one annoying cunt ruining the fun for others. This includes targeting one person and shit talking them.
   Punishment: Ban or Warn, depending on content
4. Do not leak any personal information about other server members without their permission. This includes DMs.
   Punishment: warn or ban depending on the severity of the leak (this is an exception to the 24 hour rule, a week instead)
5. Do not post any nsfw content outside of #nsfw.
   Punishment: Ban
6. Do not impersonate bots,or any server member. (Via name, nickname or profile picture) (And don’t pull shit with setting your name to grandayyy and saying it’s not the same)
   Punishment: Warn, and ban if continued
7. You have to listen to the staff team, if you have been verbally warned and continue to do or not do what you have been warned about then this will result in a warn. This applies to breaking a rule or doing something that in general would harm the server, or a member.
   Punishment: Warn
8. No spam of ANY kind is allowed, this includes @mention spam, reaction spam, copy/paste textwalls, @mentions in AFK’s.
   Punishment: Doing this will result in a warn and a ban if continued
9. This is an English Speaking and English based server, so English is the primary language we all communicate in. Refrain from speaking in other languages outside of #off-topic.
   Punishment: Warn
10. Don't try to frame different members about a raid. Just give away the info or don't warn us. Simple as that.
11. Don't ping roles without a valid reason. Only ping roles in an emergency (for example raids)
    Punishment: Warn
12. No begging for a role. You're not a dog woof. We don't need it and if we think you deserve a role we will give it to you
    Punishment: Warn
13. Use channels the way they are intended, there’s a channel description for them all at the top (you can do small botcommands in #general, just don’t spam them)
    Punishment: Verbal warning and a warn if continued
14. Don’t play ear rape in a musichub unless you are either on your own or you have been given permission by the other people in the voice chat, breaking this rule will result in a verbal warning followed by a warn if you continue to do it.
    Punishment: Verbal warning and a warn if continued
15. Only post pictures in #general if it's relevant to what is being talked about. Pirates+ can post pics there.
    Punishment: Verbal warning
16. Don’t spoil things like games and movies in the general chat, you can put spoilers in #off-topic. If you send spoilers in any other channels you will be warned.
    Punishment: Warn
17. Do not complain about the server in the server itself, you’ll not achieve anything by doing this apart from causing drama and ruining the fun, instead use the feedback form or talk it out in DMs
    Punishment: Warn
18. do not go into discussion with staff in the server after a staff decision (like getting warned), if you think the warn was invalid please resolve this issue in dm's with the person that warned (this includes causing drama etc)
    Punishment: Warn

Failure to follow any rules will have following effects:
First Warning = No Punishment.
Second Warning = 60 Minute Mute.
Third Warning = 24 Hour Mute.
Fourth Warning = 1 Month Ban

All rules are subject to change. Do not try to find any loopholes for these rules, for example, changing your name to "grandayyy" with 3 y's and saying "I changed it". And also, use common sense dammit. Also, if you have any suggestions/questions about the server, DM the Villains or fill out this form
